I’m a little belated with the anniversary wishes due to other life events. If my brain and I were married and I forgot a major anniversary like the first one, I’d probably be sleeping on the couch. In this instance I hope she understands.
On November 28, 2007, I first heard those words, “You have M.S.” Today I wish my new brain, the fearless leader of my ‘new normal’ a pleasant anniversary. All things considered, she (my brain) has been rather good to me this year. She’s working diligently to heal, to get stronger, and to protect herself – and the rest of my central nervous system — from additional wear and tear.
So, happy anniversary, new brain. Let’s forget the two day delay. I’ll throw you a big party next year to make up for it.
Happy Anniversary! It’s the best disease we never wanted to have!
Happy Anniversary! 2 day delay, huh….well, Dory…what do you expect?!?! hahahaahahhaahhaah SMOOCHES!
